With a meticulously curated menu, a hands-on format, and a friendly atmosphere, this cooking class delivered on its promise of being an absolute blast!

The Menu: A Symphony of Flavors - The heart of any great cooking class is the menu, and Savor Cooking Class did not disappoint. The evening began with a delicious Wild Mushroom Soup infused with bourbon. It set the tone for the rest of the evening.

Next up was the Coq A Vin, a classic French dish that combined tender chicken with rich wine sauce and aromatic herbs. The flavors of this dish transported everyone's taste buds to the streets of Paris. It was a delicious reminder of how beautifully food can connect people with different cultures.

The Herb Crusted Lamb Chop was a revelation. Cooked to perfection and adorned with a red wine reduction and a fragrant herb crust, this dish offered a symphony of flavors.

And what's a memorable meal without a sweet ending? The Chocolate Souffle provided the perfect conclusion to this “learn by doing” experience. Rich, velvety, and served with a touch of class, it ended the meal on a sweet note.

Carefully selected wines enhanced each course providing a harmonious balance to the meal. The expertise of the sommelier from Murrieta Ranch and Vineyard ensured that every guest was treated to a symphony of flavors, making the evening unforgettable.
