Kherut hosts a special evening with friends.
Kherut proudly hosted its open house last night, welcoming dignitaries, donors, and guests from Anaheim and beyond. The organization was honored to welcome attendees Anaheim Mayor Pro Tem, Trevor O’Neil, Sergeant Juan Reveles, head of the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force, Chief of Police Jorge Cisneros, and others to the event, as well as CEOs representing the business community, including Vasili Gatsinaris, from NextLevel Wellness and Fitness Center.
The night began with a streetside tour of the new Savor food truck and continued inside with a tour of the organization’s new kitchens, events space and offices. Guests were treated to a special curated hors d’oevre experience and sumptuous food created by the Savor team.
Later, founders Yves and Jody Masquefa were recognized by the City of Anaheim and Mayor Pro Tem Trevor O’Neil in a special presentation.
The open house marks a special chapter in Kherut’s history and a significant milestone for the organization in assisting survivors of sex trafficking and other difficult life circumstances.
Later this year, Kherut will be hosting other events, including a road cycling event and gala (more information on events can be found here: https://www.kherut.org/events).
